Blogging Antisemitism

antisemitism

The last several years have seen a rise in antisemitic incidents around the globe. From Holocaust cartoon contests in Iran, to shootings in a Jewish market in France, to a spate of bomb threats against synagogues in the United States, antisemitic occurrences seem to be on the rise. This blog, created by students at Michigan State University, under the direction of Dr. Amy Simon, follows the development of these activities around the world. Our hope is that tracking these events will shed light on the pervasiveness of antisemitic attacks, what these kinds of attacks look like, where they take place, and how they relate to antisemitism in history. This blog seeks to illuminate the ongoing problem of antisemitism and to understand its iterations in our world today.
